2008: Speedy Gonzalez of Years
What is going on? I blinked and all of a sudden it's July of 2008. I don't know about any of you guys but I can't believe this year is going by so quickly. I'm not really liking it at all. It means that I need to stop working so much and start enjoying things more. I'm not into my job at all anymore, but I'm a workaholic so it's what I do. Last weekend was the first time in a long time I had any real fun. Boo. And it's summer and the weather's awesome (I'm in LA) and I haven't even been to the beach this summer yet. What am I waiting for?

In Supernatural news, I'm finding the J2 fan fic action much more interesting these days than the SPN fan fics. What's going on there? The only Sam and Dean stuff I'm truly into are stories that I've been into for a while (i.e. bitchandjerk's Mikeyverse, Ficlover's Mouse Calls, Chinas_rose's Take Me As I Am) and one of my favorite stories (sunset_dark's I'll Be There For You) was taken off her journal. There's nothing new out there that I'm really getting into (for the most part - maz_kazama's WIP called Bait is awesome - it's on the HurtDean community, if you haven't read it.) And I've been trying out the Big Bang stuff too, however, the fics that are interesting me more are the J2 ones. I've definitely found some good Sam/Dean stories this summer, but I still have to say the J2 fics are intriguing me more.

And in yet other news, I've been trying to eat healthier and slim down a bit and it's a freakin' bitch. 'Nuff said.
